My SendCrypto app isn’t working correctly and I can’t complete this process

Make sure you have the latest version of the app:
– Delete the SendCrypto app from your device. (This will not affect your SendCrypto account or your crypto in SendCrypto)
– Download the latest version of the SendCrypto app from the Google Play Store or IOS app store.
– Once you have downloaded the latest version of the app, you should be able to complete the Identity Verification process.
