Any legitimate requests from SendCrypto will come from a SendCrypto.com email address (never another domain). We’ll never ask you to send your documents directly via email.
When contacting our Support team via chat, you may be asked to submit information or documents through your SendCrypto app. We will never ask you to send the documents via text message; only within our in-app chat or Document Upload Form.
